In some instances where we have your consent or where permitted under applicable law, we may send you marketing communications (which may include text messages) for products and services that we believe would be relevant for you. We also may use information related to your stay to display targeted advertisements on our websites or on third party websites or to send you more relevant messaging. Additionally, we use this information for purposes of aggregated trend and statistical analysis to evaluate and improve our products and services, plan new hotel locations and services and other market research.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH: We will share your information with the Hotel you are staying at to fulfill your reservation. We may also share your information with third party service providers to provide services in relation to our business as well as to help us improve our products and services. For example, we might use a third party or a third party product for the purposes of market research and data analytics. In certain instances, subject to local consent requirements, third party service providers may also assist us with various marketing campaigns. We may also share your information with third parties to extend special offers about their own products and services to you. Any such parties will need to agree to comply with our privacy requirements before we provide them with information.
Aside from the purposes described above, we do not share your stay information with any other third parties unless we have your consent or under special circumstances, such as:

As the Hotel is affiliated with other hotels owned by affiliated companies, the information that you provide us during the course of a reservation or through the provision of any other services may be transferred to any of our affiliated entities and hotels around the world for the purposes of carrying out or facilitating these services.
LOCATION INFORMATION AND SERVICES
We may receive information about your location during the course of and for the purpose of providing you the services described above through your use of our websites and mobile applications. For example, if you are using our mobile applications and have consented to sharing your location information with us, this information might be collected through GPS or Bluetooth technologies to enable us to provide certain services to you such as customized offers and promotions. The Materials are the property of the Hotel or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as applicable. The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of Hotel information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited. RATE TERMS.

Early departures will be charged one (1) full day’s fees if departing after 11:00am.
HOTEL TERMS.
Check in is at 4:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am.
PET POLICY.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35.00 per night + tax. We welcome all well-manned dogs <60 lbs. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to biting, excessive noise, aggressive behavior, evidence of disease, urination/defecation issues.
Pet Owners must dispose of all waste and must immediately alert staff to any accidents.
All pets must be caged, leashed, or held when they are in a common area and no pets may be left alone in guest rooms. Please place the “Pet in Room” sign on your door and note that housekeeping will not enter a room when a pet is present. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool area.
Damages resulting from your pet can result in the repair or replacement costs for items damaged such as flooring, drapery, furniture, bedding, walls, doors, and waste removal.
DAMAGES POLICY.

Linen Policy: Using in-house linens for cleaning boats or vehicles may result in a fee of $250.00.
Smoking tobacco and/or marijuana in the room is prohibited. A charge of $250.00 may be applied to your stay and you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
